For our new friends allow us to introduce ourselves; we are Traditional Maine Housekeeping Cottages, located a mile from the beach, and miles from your everyday world. New Harbor View Cottages has been located in the picturesque seaside town of Wells on the southern coast of Maine for over 50 years. Nestled between the towns of Ogunquit, to the south and the Kennebunk's to the north. As of recent, Wells has gained an enormous reputation as Maine's premier center for Antiques, with several fine shops along Route 1. There are seven miles of pristine beaches from Moody Beach north to Drakes Island for your enjoyment. Fine Dining, shopping, movie theaters and family recreations are all within walking distance from your Cottage. We are also conveniently located on Route 1, a mile from Wells Beach and on the trolley line for nostalgic rides to nearby Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. New for the 2002 season, Amtrak's Downeaster, with train service from Boston to Portland with stops in Wells and many other locations. You see we have fulfilled one of our greatest desires, to make our home here on the spectacular coast of Southern Maine. So why not join us this season, and fulfill yours...
