Rate Schedule for the 2011 Season

Our In-Season rates run from June 25th thru July 8th, August 21st thru September 5th.

Peak rates run from July 9th to August 19th.

Early/Late Season rates begin at opening on May 5th thru June 24th and September 6th thru October 15th.

In-Season rates apply for Memorial Weekend, May 27th thru 30th.

In Season and Peak Season, our reservations run weekly, Saturday-to-Saturday. Shorter stays may sometimes be available with a two-night minimum. In-season rates apply on all holiday weekends with a three-night minimum.

We offer one efficiency cottage, #10 which is located pool side with a small refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and microwave.

The rates listed above are based on double occupancy for one-bedroom cottages, up to four guests in our two bedrooms and up to six guests in-season or peak in Cottage #12. Additional guests are charged at $10.00 per night and pets $5.00 per night.
