Upon having secured your reservation with your payment, your cottage will be held until 6:00 p.m. of your arrival dates. Please inform us in advance of all later arrivals.

Your initial deposit guarantees we will hold your reservation for the entire period requested. You will be responsible for the entire stay. We accept MasterCard and VISA.

If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. We will refund your initial deposit and subsequent payments with at least 30 days advance notice. For large groups or extended stays, a longer advance notice for cancellations is required. For last minute cancellations, we will refund your subsequent payments. Your initial deposit will be refunded to you, as long as we can re-rent your cottage for the entire period reserved. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged on all refundable cancellations.

Full payment is required upon arrival by credit card or cash.

Credit card imprints are required upon arrival for any possible damages and or additional cleaning charges.

New Harbor View Cottages are housekeeping cottages. All cottages are to be left upon your departure as you found them. All kitchen utensils, pots and pans cleaned and returned to their place, trash disposed of in our recycling bins properly, and cottages cleaned, swept and vacuumed. Our changeover time is very short and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Well-behaved pets are welcome with advance notice. An additional fee of $5.00 per day, per pet is assessed. We feel that if you care enough to have your pet along, you're a caring, responsible and conscientious pet owner.

Your responsibilities include making sure your pet does not damage any property. If your pet likes to get on the furniture, please bring along their favorite blanket or cover as they are not permitted on any furnishings. Do not leave your pet unattended at any time. Do not allow your pet to disrupt the peace and quiet of our other guests. Please pick up after your pet. If your pet sheds, please make sure you've cleaned up your cottage before leaving. All pets must be on a leash at all times.

A refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $100 dollars will be charged on arrival.
